The convention calendar sets the market: major trade-show weeks raise hotel and venue rates citywide. Building your event around those dates, or riding along with them for a side event, is a strategy decision we make with you up front.

What is a wellness lounge at a conference?
A designed recovery space inside an event: seating, hydration, light treatments and quiet. It is a strong sponsor asset. Our Well Design Lounge runs on a two-tier sponsorship model.
How much does a corporate wellness event cost?
It depends on headcount, practitioners, venue and duration. We scope a proposal after a 20-minute call; the Event Planner gives a starting range.
Can wellness be added to an existing event?
Yes. Most clients add a lounge, a morning session or a gifting moment to a conference, offsite or holiday party.
Who is behind Well Design?
